Hungarian participants at the 2011 La Roche Bluegrass Festival
After the EWOB festival there'll be again more bands representing Hungary at the La Roche Bluegrass Festival. The festival will be between 4 - 7 August 2011, Melting Times and Poa Pratensis will be showcasing with the 35 bands in total from all around the world.

It seems that four Hungarian bands (Acoustic Processing Unit, Little Band, Melting Times, Poa Pratensis) has been invited to showcase at the EWOB festival to show what they think of music. The festival held between 2nd and 4th June 2011 will involve 42 bands going from far away places to have a great time with the concerts plus the jam sessions and workshops so vital in the bluegrass community.

La Roche Bluegrass Festival 2010
In 2010 two Hungarian bands won appearance for France's major bluegrass event, the La Roche Bluegrass Festival. This year it's the same two bands appearing at EWOB:

In 2010 after some major changes in Hungarian bluegrass life only two bands will appear in the Netherlands at the EWOB festival held on 13th-15th May:

EWOB 2009
A fesztiválra jelentkezni tavaly december 1-ig lehetett. A zsűri a demo anyagok alapján döntötte el, hogy idén melyik 42 zenekar vehet részt a megmérettetésen. A harc az Európa #1 Bluegrass Zenekara 2009 címért folyik.
Három magyar zenekar vehet részt idén az EWOB fesztiválon. Másodszor képviseli hazánkat az Eastern Station, újoncnak számít az Another Ground és tavalyi győztesként meghívást kapott a versenyen kívüli szereplésre az Acousticure.
